Facade cleaning
We clean facades in render, Eternit, concrete, metal and glass. The method follows the substrate — what works on metal will damage Eternit, and the wrong pressure on render drives water into the fabric.
Work at height is carried out from a lift platform. It is plannable, safe, and for most commercial buildings the most efficient approach — no scaffold to erect and no scaffold to pay for.

Roof cleaning and gutters
Moss, lichen and leaf debris hold moisture against the roof surface and block drainage. Neglected gutters and downpipes are one of the most common causes of avoidable water damage to a commercial building.

Solar and photovoltaic cleaning
We install photovoltaic systems — which is why we know how they should be cleaned, and how they should not.
No abrasives, no high-pressure jets, no cold water on hot modules. Incorrect cleaning causes micro-scratching or thermal shock and can put the manufacturer’s warranty at risk.
Soiled modules produce less electricity. For an installation that is meant to generate a return, cleaning is not cosmetic — it is a question of yield.

Underground garages, graffiti and concrete
Underground garage cleaning. Tyre abrasion, oil deposits and road salt carried in over winter. We clean surfaces, drainage channels and restore the visibility of line markings.
Graffiti removal. Method chosen to suit the substrate so the surface underneath is not damaged in the process.
Concrete cleaning and water-repellent treatment. Cleaning followed, where appropriate, by a hydrophobic treatment that slows re-soiling and water ingress.

Work safety and compliance
Work at height, work with chemicals and work inside operating premises are all subject to occupational safety rules. We work to SUVA requirements and document the protective measures taken and the products used.
Switzerland is a federal country. Occupational safety is regulated at federal level and enforced by cantonal labour inspectorates, so practice and inspection vary between cantons. We confirm the applicable requirements for your site before work begins.

We work with our own trained employees. For specialist plant requiring a manufacturer-certified technician we coordinate that specialist ourselves — you still deal only with Tanance.
We work from lift platforms. For most commercial buildings this is faster and more cost-effective than erecting a scaffold, and it lets us complete facade and roof work in a single planned visit.
Not when it is done correctly. We install photovoltaic systems, so we know the failure modes — no abrasives, no high-pressure jets and no cold water on hot modules. Incorrect cleaning is what puts a warranty at risk.
We plan around your operating hours. Industrial and garage cleaning is frequently carried out outside business hours or in phased sections so part of the site stays usable throughout.
